Before you order a commision from me, please thoroughly read these Terms of Service. These terms apply to the artist providing the service, further called Seller, and the person or institution further called Customer. By ordering a commision from the Seller, the Customer agreees to the following terms:Section I: Payments
1. Accepted currencies are CHF, EUR, or USD.
2. The Customer may pay either 100% of the price upfront, or split the payment 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% after they have recieved the finished artwork.
3. The specific prices for specific types of artwork can be found under the adress [https://zoolpl.carrd.co/] . The Customer can discuss these prices with the Seller.
4. Payments are accepted preferably through [https://hipolink.net/zoolpl], or alternative forms of payment may be discussed privately with the Seller.
5. Any payment schedule has to be mutually agreed on before work on the product commences.
6. The Seller does not provide refunds. As such, please think your order through before you pay for it.Section II: Product Delivery
7. The Customer will recieve the finished product via a Google Drive share link, sent to them through whichever form of communication they have earlier agreed on with the Seller. The link will be available for a month after sharing it.
8. The finished product will only be shared in full quality with the Customer after the Seller recieves the full payment.Section III: Process
9. The Seller will notify the Customer when they start work on the commision, through whichever means of communication they have corresponded on up until then.
10. The Customer will recieve progress updates. In accordance to how many stages of the artwork the Customer ordered (more information can be found on [https://zoolpl.carrd.co/]), they will recieve images of every step of the process.
11. The Customer has the right to request up to 4 revisions on every step of the earlier mentioned process. As such, they may request revisions up to a total of 16 times, if they have paid for a fully rendered artwork.
12. These progress images will have a watermark, and will be of poorer quality than the finished artwork.Section IV: Personal and Commercial Use
13: The Seller claims the rights to the produced drawing. Therefore, they are allowed to promote themselves with the artwork and publish it anywhere. The finished artwork will also include watermarks of the Seller.
14. The Customer is allowed to use the artwork for personal use, but commercial use of it, reselling it, reproducting it or publishing it for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller.
15. The Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.Section V: Modification of Terms
16. I reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time.
